Dingsen Shi

I'm Dingsen Shi, an engineer who couldn't pick between hardware and software, so I set up camp in between. I build AI infrastructure for large-scale training and inference, and I'm a little too obsessed with storage and how data actually gets from here to there.

This is where I think out loud — deep dives into storage, the data path, GPU performance, and the guts of large-scale ML systems, plus the occasional side project, video, or whatever else I've been nerding out on lately.
